They say Texan’s are nicer than in other states. Okay maybe they say southerners are nice, but let’s face it, Texas takes up most of the south. Donna and Brandon are Texans through and through and they absolutely embody the southern charm we are so wonderfully known for. Upon meeting them I quickly noticed they were kind, warm, humble and courteous. Conversation with them was easy. When I say Brandon and my husband, Ben, are similar, that is not an exaggeration in the slightest. Brandon loves the water. He originally said he lives on the water but then clarified to say that he is on his boat fishing so much that it FEELS like he lives on the water.
Next year Brandon and Donna will be eloping to Costa Rica for their wedding, how cool is that?! After their ceremony, they will travel to other parts of Costa Rica for their honeymoon. Brandon’s only request is that they stay close to water so he can fish of course!
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day at Das Peach Haus. This is the last week for the blooming peach trees and we caught it just in time! This is where Fredericksburg gets to show off not only their award winning peaches, but also some of the prettiest “East Texas” scenery with its tall pine trees and gorgeous pond.
Donna and Brandon were so sweet and so in love and it was an honor getting to capture their engagement photos. Can’t wait to see pictures of your Costa Rica trip! If I didn’t have a little one at home, I would be crawling in your suit case to come with you!!
